Your child’s group
Children are cared for in groups of closely related ages and stages and we maintain stable staffing in each room. Our additional and relief staff are mainly part-time, long term team members.
Transitions between rooms are carefully planned, with children visiting new rooms often before moving. Moves are planned due to children maturing, and are fully discussed with you.
